EpicCare will bring big changes in how we care for our patients, so it’s important to be ready. All clinical providers must complete EpicCare training and demonstrate competence with the system before being allowed access. But, don’t worry. Inova will offer substantial in-class and computer-based training, as well as individual and peer support to Inova end users.

Inova User Access
For Inova EpicCare endusers. Log in for access to all online EpicCare training resources.
Inova Users can use their same Inova username and password used for logging in to an onsite Inova computer or remotely through Citrix. However, the user account must be current on the Active Directory for Inova users.
If you have trouble logging on to the EpicCare training portal, be sure to check your username and password.
For Non-Inova EpicCare endusers who require EpicCare training, you must first request access to the online EpicCare training resouces.
If you do not possess Inova log-in credentials (Username and Password), but your facility is going live with EpicCare, you need to first request access to the training website by completing the our Online Request Form. To qualify you must have an occupational affiliation with Inova Health System or be affilliated with Inova EpicCare. Access is granted on a case-by-case basis. Your request will be evaluated responded to by email in one business day.
